Attorneys are listed by Practice Area, and the system provides a search feature which can be placed on your home page, or anywhere else in your site. Visitors can search by attorney, practice area or other keyword to find an attorney’s bio page.

Attorney bios include links to published articles, along with relevant professional information plus up to 6 paragraphs of free text.

Attorney Bio Management Center also includes fields for key search terms, photo upload and field to insert attorney on a dynamic “List of Experts” page at your discretion.

Practice Areas Editor

As you add Practice Areas through the convenient LawSuites browser interface, each new category is presented on the Practice Area main page and linked to that area's dynamically-generated profile. Plus, when you update the Practice Area database, the Attorney Biographies and Online Publications administration pages are configured to enable you to associate an attorney or article with a particular practice area or areas.

Online Publications

You conveniently publish items such as a case history, presentation or article series. You designate items as “Current” or “Archived,” and they are published/listed on your website accordingly. System ideal for publishing Web pages, PDF files or Word documents.

Browser administration includes fields to select and link to authors, practice areas, and attorney bio(s).

Newsletter Center

Provides a browser interface for you to create an email newsletter as a preformatted HTML rich-text email broadcast.

Administration enables you to archive your broadcast newsletters as “Current” or “Archived” for your reference.

Email distribution list administration – you enter email addresses through interactive online forms that populate your distribution list, plus database importation options are available for existing lists. Admin features a search function by name or email address.

Seminar Publishing

You add/modify/delete attorney seminars, which are published in a Table of Contents, ordered chronologically. Listings link to individual seminar overview pages, which feature a signup form.

Firm Subscription Signup System

Visitors to your site are invited to sign up for items such as Quarterly Newsletters or Law Action Alerts via a detailed, secure (if appropriate) online registration form. Vistors can opt to receive a variety of publications, if offered, and registrants provide a format delivery preference. Subscriptions for various lists provide for self-removal when desired.

Career Opportunities Builder

You add/modify/delete career opportunities at your firm, and openings are presented in a Table of Contents that includes a brief description of the post. Listings link to a detail page which presents the position indepth along with an application form.
